Information used to provide the retreat

When you create an account or buy the retreat, the site collects your name, email, billing address, purchase details, and any optional phone number you provide. Your account records retreat access and lessons marked complete. We use this information to deliver your purchase, maintain access, answer support requests, handle payment issues, and keep business records. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or sensitive health information in a support message.

Hosting and payments

Squarespace hosts this site and provides account, checkout, course, analytics, and notification services. Information needed for these services is processed by Squarespace and its service providers. Card and payment information is handled through Squarespace Payments and its payment partners. Payment providers process information for transactions, security, and fraud prevention. Read Squarespace's privacy policy at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. Address suggestions at checkout may use Google's address services as you type.

Website visits, cookies, and video services

The site uses cookies and similar technology for features such as sign-in, checkout, security, and analytics. Squarespace receives technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions, to operate the site and report site activity.

Some pages on this site embed YouTube videos. Loading or playing embedded content can send technical and viewing information to Google/YouTube, which may use cookies and associate activity with an account you have with them. Their practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy. These providers may collect information about activity over time and across other websites. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.

You can accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies using our cookie banner, and change your choice later through Cookie Preferences. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Blocking required cookies may prevent login or checkout from working. A browser Do Not Track signal is not a site-wide opt-out from all data collection: Squarespace documents that page views still register in analytics when it is enabled. Embedded providers handle browser privacy signals according to their own settings and policies.

Emails and support

We use your email for verification, purchase and account notices, and replies to your requests. These service messages are separate from optional marketing. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or contact us. Support messages sent to our Gmail address are processed through Google's email service. We use the information you include to respond and resolve your request.

Other disclosures and retention

Information may be disclosed when needed to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, or protect the site and its users. Account and order records are kept as needed to provide access and meet accounting, legal, and operational requirements. A deletion request may not remove records we must retain for those purposes. Return and Refund Policy

Flowing with Stillness is a digital retreat sold by Carla Gentile LLC, operating as Carla Gentile Yoga. It includes online lessons and a downloadable companion guide; no physical item is shipped.

Because access to the digital retreat is provided after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for content that is not supplied or does not conform to its description.

If you were charged twice, purchased in error, or cannot access the retreat, please contact carlagentileday@gmail.com with your name, checkout email, order number if available, and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and help resolve it. Please do not email card numbers or passwords.

You can return to the retreat by signing in at https://www.carlagentileyoga.com/account using the email address used at checkout. The retreat is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Your purchase

The retreat includes the welcome lesson, four guided practices, and a downloadable companion guide described on the offer page. The price and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before purchase. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Access is provided through the customer account used at checkout, so please use an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details secure.

Access and progress

You may return to the purchased retreat at your own pace; there is no scheduled course completion deadline. Internet access and a compatible browser are needed for streaming. Select Complete & Continue to mark a lesson complete. Watching only part of a video does not mark the lesson complete, and the course does not promise to save your exact video playback position. If you have access or playback problems, contact us for help.

Personal use

Your purchase provides access for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may download and print the companion guide for your own practice. Please do not share your customer account, redistribute the videos or guide, publish copies, resell access, or use the content for public screenings or paid classes without our written permission. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership of the materials. Uses permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

Practice safely

The retreat offers general yoga and meditation education, not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose movements appropriate for you, use a safe space, and stop if a practice causes pain, dizziness, or distress. If you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified health professional. Participation is voluntary and results vary.

Refunds and support

Our Return and Refund Policy applies. Digital sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us about duplicate charges, delivery failures, or technical problems so we can review and help resolve them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Site operation and changes

Temporary maintenance or service interruptions may affect access. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date.
